Rôle
As a member of the Global Payment Product Team, your mission is the following :
-Gather and analyse business needs from local teams, partners, and internal stakeholders
-Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases).
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximise business value
- Collaborate with the squad to refine tickets with the development team and participate in agile ceremonies.
- Follow implementation of features and coordinate releases
- Document processes and payment flows in a structured and reusable way.
- Support performance monitoring, through dashboards and key metrics.
- Facilitate collaboration between product, tech, and business teams
- Assist in handling major incidents, contributing to root cause analysis and improvements
- Support change requests (enhancements, new features), and help drive user adoption.
Profil
Profile & Experience :
- +5 years in product management
- Experience with Agile framework sch as SAFe and Scrum
- Excellent knowledge in Product Management
-Strong understanding of product methodologies, processes and tools
-Payments and fintech knowledge: Solid understanding of digital payment flows, partners, and the value chain.
- Functional writing skills: Ability to translate complex business needs into structured and testable specifications.
- Analytical mindset: Strong problem
- solving skills and ability to dive into data and processes to clarify issues and identify improvements.
- Communication & collaboration: Comfortable working with cross functional teams and stakeholders across different countries and levels.
- Mindset: Curious, pragmatic, structured, and delivery oriented.
